We believe that good stories deserve to arrive safely.

Every order placed through the Where the Wild Heart Grows store is packed with care so that your book or artwork reaches you in the condition it was meant to be enjoyed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For presale items, orders will ship once inventory from the first print run becomes available. Customers will receive updates if there are any meaningful changes to the expected timeline.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable services depending on destination and availability.

Delivery times may vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, we recommend first contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Deliveries

If your book or print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review and assist you.
