Books

We take great care to ensure that every book is packaged securely before shipment. However, if your book arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a replacement.

To request a replacement for a damaged book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged book
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• Your order number

Damage claims must be submitted to:

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you.

Please note:

• Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement
• We do not accept returns or refunds for books that are not damaged

Fine Art Prints

All fine art print sales are final.

Because prints are produced individually and often made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on artwork.

If a print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

When you place a preorder, you are reserving a copy from our first print run before the book is available for immediate shipment.

Your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed in order to reserve your copy.

Shipping Timeline

Presale orders will ship once inventory from the first production run becomes available.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as their order leaves our fulfillment center.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the preorder item becomes available.
